- Will the searches that you provide be accepted by any law firm?
- Yes they will, our searches are above the standards that are required by conveyancers and lenders
- Will I be able to speed up the purchase of my house?
- Yes, by ordering your searches through us once you have decided to buy the property you can speed up the transaction by anything up to 16 weeks
- How long are the searches valid for?
- Our searches are valid for 6 months which is plenty of time for the conveyancing to be completed.
- How will the searches be delivered?
- The searches will be sent to you electronically on completion.
- How will I know whether I need any further searches?
- The system will advise you if you need searches such as mining, coal & flood risk, however, your lender might insist on other searches, which can be ordered through us, if required.
